The event will be $65 per vendor. Payments can be made via venmo, paypal, or mailed check. Please note that vendor Spaces will be on a first come, first served basis! You will be notified if you have been accepted to join us at the show. Cancelations *

Refunds will only be given if we receive notice of cancellation in a timely enough manner so we can rent your space to a crafter on the waiting list. Vendors may not resell their space to another vendor unless that vendor has applied through this form. This event will be rain or shine. No refunds will be given in the event of bad weather. Start doing your rain dance now and praying for a beautiful day!

Vendor Set Up *

The event will be held from 10 am until 3 pm. Vendors can begin setting up start at 7 am. Please ensure that your space is fully set up with your vehicle moved out of the way before 10am. All displays should remain set up until the close of the show at 3 PM. Please note that we will not be providing tents/chairs/tables for any vendors. Tents are not required but always a good idea! Exact vendor spaces are TBD but will not be smaller than 12'x12' spaces. We will confirm space sizes closer to the event.
